She is none other than Marna van der Walt, the CEO of the unlisted yet significant property group Excellerate Property Services, headquartered in Johannesburg with operations across South Africa and several African nations, as well as business units in the Middle East and the UK.

Excellerate encompasses various divisions, including JHI and Excellerate Brand Management, and the group employs over 25,000 individuals in the markets in which it operates. Van der Walt has been instrumental in the group’s growth over the years.
