Provincial Social Development Minister Jaco Londt characterized the centre as a nurturing environment for young individuals eager to change their trajectories.
“The journey forward should be filled with continuous support and opportunities. The Fountain of Hope Intermediate CYCC serves as a bridge between secure care and community-based centres.
