Former Bafana Bafana and Amakhosi player, Fabian McCarthy will have his legacy continued with Amakhosi.
That is because his son, Aden McCarthy, has just been promoted to the senior side at Naturena.

McCarthy’s son was given a few chances to train with Chiefs first team last season. However, this time is very different with the young starlet being named in Amakhosi’s senior squad. The latest squad updates were provided on Transfermarkt.
Meaning, he has earned promotion from the academy side into the senior side ahead of the up-and-coming DStv Premiership season.

At just 18, McCarthy is one of the youngest members in this side.
He plays centre back, at the heart of the defense. This is the same position his father played during his time with Amakhosi.

He will gain priceless experience from the likes of Njabulo Ngcobo, Amakhosi legend Erick Mathoho and new recruit Zitha Kwinika.
