Starbucks Launches Beverage Collection Inspired by ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’

Johannesburg – Starbucks has unveiled a global partnership with 20th Century Studios for “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” which premiered in theaters earlier this month.

This initiative features a specially curated selection of four beverages inspired by the film’s memorable characters, designed to infuse a touch of cinematic elegance into everyday coffee enjoyment.

From Andy’s unforgettable coffee runs to the characters that have left an impact on a generation, this collaboration celebrates the long-standing relationship between Starbucks and the film.

Customers can explore four unique character-inspired customizations at the stores, each offering a flavorful interpretation of the cherished personalities within the The Devil Wears Prada universe.

“The Devil Wears Prada 2” Menu

  • The Miranda Caffe Latte– A no foam, extra shot, extra hot Caffè Latte made with Skimmed Milk. Because anything less might raise… questions.
  • The Andy Oatmilk Cappuccino– An Oatmilk Cappuccino with caramel and cinnamon: simple yet elevated, perfectly straddling who she was and who she’s becoming.
  • The Nigel Espresso Con PannaGird your loins… A Doppio Espresso Con Panna with mocha: bold and sophisticated.
  • The Emily Iced Chai Latte– An Iced Chai Latte with almond milk and caramel: fussy and ready to be delivered at a “glacial pace”… or maybe not.

“Starbucks has been part of The Devil Wears Prada universe since the original film,” stated Erin Silvoy, senior vice president of global marketing at Starbucks.

“We’re thrilled to bring that connection to life once more, providing fans a way to immerse themselves in the moment – beginning with their daily coffee.”

The beverages are part of a broader collaboration between Starbucks and The Devil Wears Prada 2, which will also feature Starbucks products within the film.

At Starbucks Reserve locations in New York City’s Empire State Building, customers will have access to the limited edition promotional Runway Magazine, the film’s signature publication, offering fans yet another way to delve into the The Devil Wears Prada universe.

“It’s all good energy with Starbucks and our new movie, ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2,’” said Lylle Breier, EVP of Partnerships, Promotions, Synergy & Events at Disney.

“We are excited to be collaborating with Starbucks on a bold, clever global program that aims to delight fans around the world.”

The beverages will be available for a limited time at participating Starbucks locations worldwide.

In South Africa, the beverages will be offered from 27 April to 13 May. For further details, please visit www.starbucks.co.za.

“From the first sip to the final scene, Starbucks invites customers to dress up, order up, and participate in fashion’s biggest event of the year: The Devil Wears Prada 2 hits theaters on 1 May,” concluded Silvoy.
