Thomas Frank, 52, Former Tottenham Manager, Lands New Role Just Three Months After Being Let Go
Former Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has reportedly landed a new role ahead of this summer’s World Cup.
The 52-year-old was released by Spurs in February, just eight months after taking over the position.
He exited the club with a record of 13 wins, 10 draws, and 15 defeats during a challenging season for the North London team.
Now, he is set to return to television in a new role.
The Guardian reports that Frank has signed on with BBC Sport in preparation for the World Cup next month.
He will provide expert analysis during the tournament alongside well-known personalities like Wayne Rooney, Joe Hart, and Alan Shearer.
Former Arsenal and Chelsea forward Olivier Giroud has also been signed by the broadcaster.
Meanwhile, Ange Postecoglou—who took over from Frank at Tottenham—has agreed to collaborate with ITV during the tournament.
He will work alongside Gary Neville, Ian Wright, and Roy Keane in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
All 104 World Cup matches will be available for live viewing on free-to-air television in the UK.

ITV will broadcast England’s opening match against Croatia, their last group stage encounter with Panama, and the quarter-finals if Thomas Tuchel and his squad progress that far.
The BBC is set to air their second group match against Ghana and is optimistic about the Three Lions making a deep run in the tournament.
This means they will also show England’s matches in the last-32, last-16, and semi-finals if they advance that far.
Both broadcasters share the rights to the final on July 19.
