Junior Bok Star Receives Sharks No. 10 Jersey Ahead of Zebre Match
The Hollywoodbets Sharks will face off against Zebre at Kings Park this Saturday, concluding their 2026 URC season. Coach JP Pietersen is prepared to give Junior Bok standout Vusi Moyo his professional debut at flyhalf, amid a number of forced changes in the backline due to injuries.
Head coach JP Pietersen has largely retained the lineup that emerged victorious against Zebre’s Italian rivals, Benetton, last week, with the forward pack remaining unchanged while implementing minor adjustments in the backline.
Vusi Moyo, who recently completed an unbeaten title-winning campaign with the Junior Boks in SANZAR’s Under-20 Rugby Championship, is set to make his URC debut at flyhalf. Zekhethelo Siyaya returns to fullback, a role he has occupied in the previous two weeks, while Litelihle Bester replaces the injured Makazole Mapimpi, who sustained two significant knocks during last week’s 46-7 victory.
Due to injury, Edwill van der Merwe will also miss the match, prompting Jaco Williams to be promoted to the starting lineup, with Le Roux Malan taking his place on the bench. Deon Slabbert joins the matchday squad, donning the number 19 jersey previously held by Corne Rahl.
This match aims to build on last week’s dominant performance, reflecting the team’s commitment and passion for the Black & White jersey, while also seeking to deliver a respectful farewell to the competition.

Ultimately, this match serves as a chance to express appreciation to the fans for their unwavering support throughout the season and to demonstrate the team’s gratitude for the energy and passion they bring.
