Martin Brundle Warns Jimmy Fallon: ‘Don’t Do That Again’ After Mic Incident at Miami GP
Fans of Formula One were taken aback by yet another memorable grid walk from Martin Brundle ahead of the Miami Grand Prix.
F1 returned to Florida for the fifth year in a row after a break of over a month in the season schedule, following the cancellations of races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Sky Sports F1 legend Brundle appeared to be making up for lost moments as he energetically conducted a grid walk prior to the Sunday race.
This Miami weekend attracted a host of celebrities, including Hollywood star Colin Farrell and the World Cup’s most popular fan, Ivana Knoll.
Other notable figures like Lionel Messi and Rafael Nadal also attended, undeterred by the looming thunderstorms, to catch a glimpse of the world’s fastest drivers.
Despite the overcast conditions, viewers tuning in to Sky Sports were treated to a chaotic interaction between Brundle and Jimmy Fallon.

Brundle, 66, spotted the American television star and approached him from behind. Fallon, 51, eagerly greeted Brundle and offered to help.
“Can I help you with anything?” Fallon inquired, to which Brundle replied that he needed some clever quips.
In an unexpected move, Fallon then amusingly bit Brundle’s microphone, mimicking a dog playing with a toy before setting it back down.
Brundle jokingly remarked, “You can keep that if you want,” before asking if it was Fallon’s debut at the race.

In response to Brundle’s question, Fallon replied, “No, it’s my first time here; it’s incredible! Miami has been amazing – I’m cheering for Red Bull (to take the win).
I’ve had a great time here, met wonderful people, dined at fantastic restaurants, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s loud and exhilarating.
“Seeing you is the highlight for me.”
Feeling a bit surprised, Brundle began to move away, but Fallon playfully chased after him, saying, “Don’t take my mic sock again, bye, bye, bye.”

Sky F1 analyst Jenson Button took part in the grid walk prior to Saturday’s sprint race, humorously stating that Golden Globe-nominated actor Patrick Dempsey, known for his motorsports connection, would be filling his role.
McLaren’s Lando Norris claimed victory in the sprint, while Mercedes star Kimi Antonelli secured pole position for the main event.
Due to an approaching storm, the race start time was moved up by three hours from its initial schedule.
