Vinhomes Green Paradise Teams Up with Marriott International to Introduce The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott in Can Gio

HANOI, VIETNAM – Media OutReach Newswire – 4 May 2026 – Cangio Tourist City Corporation, the firm behind Vinhomes Green Paradise, has formalized a strategic alliance with Marriott International to bring two of the globe’s premier hotel brands, The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotel, to Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio (Ho Chi Minh City). With a total of around 700 rooms and high-end resort villas, these brands will not only enhance the project’s collection of distinguished luxury hotels but also elevate service standards to match those of a global “urban wonder“.

The Ritz-Carlton Can Gio will sit at a prime riverside location within the Vinhomes Green Paradise coastal mega-urban area and is set to open in Q4 2027.

This hotel will feature 9 floors with around 250 keys, offering room sizes that vary from 50 to 500 sqm, which includes both suites and pool villas. Amenities will comprise six dining venues, two pools, a spa focusing on hydrotherapy and wellness, meditation areas, a fitness center, a beauty salon, and the Ritz Kids club. The event facilities will include three function rooms totaling approximately 540 sqm, suitable for a variety of meetings and events.

The Can Gio Marriott Hotel, located next to the opera house and near the golf course and sports complex in the coastal mega-urban area, is also expected to open in Q4 2027.

This property will rise 25 stories, providing around 450 rooms ranging from 40 to 160 sqm, including premium suites. Features will include an M Club Lounge, a variety of restaurants and bars, a pool, Quan Spa, and a sports club. Moreover, the hotel will offer approximately 1,570 sqm of meeting and event space, featuring two ballrooms designed for large events.

Together, The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotel will provide approximately 700 rooms, offering a wide selection of accommodations, from standard rooms and suites to villas, complemented by a robust ecosystem of premium amenities and exceptional five-star infrastructure.

The development and operational joint venture will be overseen by Vinpearl, a member of Vingroup. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality, Vinpearl will manage operations directly to ensure optimal performance of these international hotel brands, aligning with the high luxury service standards commensurate with the global stature of Vinhomes Green Paradise Can Gio.
