The London Marathon is set to return for another exciting year, with more than 56,000 participants ready to conquer the 26.2-mile course.

Former Chelsea captain John Terry is set to join the 2025 London Marathon, alongside fellow ex-footballers Jack Wilshere and Leonardo Bonucci.

Two-time Olympic gold medallist Alex Yee will also be taking part in the 2025 event, nearly a year after his remarkable triumph in Paris.

With over 56,000 runners anticipated, this marathon is poised to become the most participated in history.
