Preggie Pillay, CEO of FNB Commercial Property Finance, remarked that the city continues to stand out due to ongoing demand and its investment appeal.

“The Paradigm embodies a development that directly caters to this market—strategically positioned, thoughtfully designed, and in tune with the expectations of today’s buyers,” he stated.
